The Texas Election Reform Coalition (TERC) has been active since 2012, organizing to improve and protect Texas elections and expand access for every eligible voter to cast their ballot. TERC has been a leading coalition coordinating expert testimony and policy research, messaging, public events, and helping mobilize everyday Texans to testify on election priorities.
